Yes, I’m a consultant and business coach, but I’m human, just like you. I understand the pressures of building and running a business, and how sometimes you need a fresh pair of eyes to guide you on the right path.
How do I do this? I deep dive into how you do things: your operations, systems, people and processes, and set up smoother ways of working to make your life easier, your customers happier, increase sales, and maximise opportunities.
You may be a business owner or a senior director with ambitious plans but just need external support to achieve them. I can help you get from A to B, and give you clarity for the future. I’m the bridge from where you are now to where you want to be.
My aim is to get to know your business inside out, understand what makes you tick, and become a trusted advisor. I’ll work with you for as long as you need me, whether that’s a few months or weeks, a day, or as a longer-term mentor.
When I work with clients, it’s very bespoke as every business is different, every business owner is different and has different goals and values. But what is the same is the need to build effective and efficient processes and systems.
I have spent over 25 years in Blue Chip household names solving operational problems, launching new products & services, and putting in structure, processes, and systems. – I have seen a lot and can bring this experience to your business in order to help you grow.
